Saxony is a tribal kingdom formed when raiders from the sea settled and displaced the original inhabitants.
Its army is made up of warrior-farmers who ride to battle but fight on foot as spear-men forming what is called the Saxon shield wall.
The original home of the raiders is unknown but is tied to the legend surrounding the loss of the Empire, who were their enemy.
They are now considered part of Battalogia and largely treated the same as the other kingdoms.
