Lallia

Lallia is a small nation carved out between larger neighbours; Gancia to the north and Dalvor to the south. It is bordered to the west by the great swamp and to the east by the Gulf of Tiflis.

The region was a disputed zone until a group of tribes arrived from the sea and took it for their own. The largest of these tribes are the Shesh, Pesh and Weshi.
They were originally very warlike, homeless and desperate to secure a place to live. After a series of wars they rested lands from Gancia and were stopped from advancing further south by an epic battle with the Dalvorians.

The resulting nation was named Lallia by the Gancians, meaning “lost to the people from the sea”.

The Lallians have settled down somewhat and now survive by farming, herding and fishing.

They can field large numbers of wild mobile troops in times of need, mostly foot soldiers armed with spears or axes and swords, supported by slow moving chariots.

They retain the ability to build sophisticated sea going vessels.

The nation is ruled by a council of chiefs representing the various tribal groups. Multiple gods are worshiped with most having a natural origin, such as the God of the Sun,
the God of the Mountains, the God of the Wind and so on.
